Description

This Crispy Buttered Ranch Chicken is a flavorful, golden-brown chicken dish that’s perfect for dinner. Coated in a rich butter and ranch seasoning, it’s crispy on the outside and tender on the inside!


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (preferably panko)
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional for garnish)

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a baking dish with cooking spray or butter.
  • In a bowl, combine the melted butter and ranch seasoning mix.
  • In a separate bowl, mix together the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.
  • Dip each chicken breast into the butter mixture, ensuring it’s evenly coated.
  • Next, coat the chicken in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing lightly to ensure it sticks.
  • Place the chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the coating is golden and crispy.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve.

Notes

  • You can use chicken thighs for a juicier option.
