Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a baking dish with cooking spray or butter.
- In a bowl, combine the melted butter and ranch seasoning mix.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each chicken breast into the butter mixture, ensuring it’s evenly coated.
- Next, coat the chicken in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing lightly to ensure it sticks.
- Place the chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish.
