Instructions
- Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Crack the eggs into the skillet and fry them until the edges are crispy and the yolks are cooked to your preference (about 3-5 minutes).
- While the eggs are frying, heat the chili oil in a small saucepan over low heat, then stir in the Parmesan cheese, crushed red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper. Let it simmer for a minute to allow the flavors to blend.
