Description

A flavorful dish featuring crispy fried eggs drizzled with spicy and aromatic cheese chili oil for an irresistible combination.


Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 tablespoons chili oil
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro (optional)

  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Crack the eggs into the skillet and fry them until the edges are crispy and the yolks are cooked to your preference (about 3-5 minutes).
  3. While the eggs are frying, heat the chili oil in a small saucepan over low heat, then stir in the Parmesan cheese, crushed red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper. Let it simmer for a minute to allow the flavors to blend.
