Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, combine the olive oil, honey, cinnamon, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to form the glaze.
- Add the carrot sticks to the bowl and toss them in the glaze until evenly coated.
- Spread the carrots in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
