- 4 large russet potatoes, cut into fries
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
- 1 tbsp hot sauce (such as Tabasco or Louisiana hot sauce)
- 2 tbsp chopped green onions, for garnish
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cut the potatoes into fries and toss them in vegetable oil. Spread them out on the baking sheet in a single layer.
- Season the fries with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Bake the fries for 30-35 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they are crispy and golden brown.
- In a small bowl, mix together the ranch dressing and hot sauce to create the voodoo sauce.
- Once the fries are done, remove them from the oven and drizzle the voodoo sauce over the top. Garnish with chopped green onions and fresh parsley (if using).
- Serve immediately as a snack, appetizer, or side dish with your favorite dipping sauce.

- If you prefer extra heat, feel free to add more hot sauce or a pinch of chili flakes to the fries.
